Talk to Aida

Aida provides guidance, not legal advice.

Aida is an AI tool that aims to answer the most common questions around divorce and relationship breakdown. While Aida has been fed answers from some of the best lawyers in the country, Aida only provides guidance and isn't legal advice nor does it replace having legal advice. As an AI tool, it cannot answer every question you have, nor will the answers be specific to your unique situation. Every situation is different. Humans do not monitor Aida.

If you have an urgent need, call us, and if you are at risk or in danger, contact the police by dialling 999.

Is Aida anonymous?

Yes, Aida is anonymous – you do not need to sign up or provide any personal details within the chat. If you wish to speak with us, we will ask you for some details so we can make contact with you and we will receive a copy of the transcript with your permission. How do we use your data?

Your conversation is stored within the systems at Anthony Collins for 30 days. This is for three reasons:

To improve Aida
Sometimes Aida won't be able to answer every question, so we will routinely look at what questions were not answered to feed Aida with more information.
In case you contact us
Sometimes you may choose to contact us and want us to review the transcript as part of our conversation. As mentioned above, we only store these for 30 days.
To improve our services
We may look at usage statistics and how people engage with Aida to understand how people use it. This is so we can inform our business to make sure we provide the right tools for people.

We will not use any of the data to send marketing materials nor will we ever sell the data to anyone else.
